OCMS contracted & collaborated and with senior living expert Lisa M. Cini the multimillion-dollar, tech-forward renovation of the historic 10,000 Square Foot Werner House at 1640 E Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio.

As a team we transformed the 108-year-old mansion into a state-of-the-art, age-friendly residence. The project integrated cutting-edge technologies—such as height-adjustable countertops, cabinetry, & bath fixtures; life-saving elder-care tech and trip-free flooring—designed to support aging in place and multigenerational living.

Now operating as a 9-bedroom Airbnb and event venue, the Werner House serves as a living showcase for innovative design and inclusive technology, offering guests an immersive experience in future-ready living.
